This Friday, for your fill of dancing, make your way to Swing Pit, Newtown. Special guest teacher, Tom Frazier, joins Trish for the class beforehand. Saturday, catch up for a meal, and then lindy the night away at Swing at the Roxbury, Glebe. Sunday, the Dan Barnett Quartet is playing at Sydney Rowing Club, Abbotsford; Geoff Bull at East Sydney Hotel, Woolloomooloo; if you're in the area the Horns Plus Big Band at Lane Cove Plaza 2:30pm; some toe-tapping old-time jazz at Marrickville Golf Club 3:30pm, try out your balboa and/or stamina on the dance floor. For a "listening" treat this weekend, the Glenn Miller Orchestra and Count Basie Orchestra will be in town at the State Theatre and Opera House, respectively.
